You can make a very good face pack by mixing bitter almonds with sandalwood powder and multani mitti.
Face mask made with dal are great softners for the skin. Grind any dal with a pinch of turmeric. Add a few drops of lemon juice and 1 tsp milk. Apply this paste on the face. Leave it on till dry and then wash off with lukewarm water.
