Hair pieces have been used from time immemorial, to give additional body to the chignon or to give additional length to the plait, hair pieces are an invaluable treasure for most women.

I am using a hairpiece for the last six months. How do I look after it?

It depends on whether yours is a natural or a synthetic hair piece. You must look after a hairpiece carefully otherwise looks limp or badly set.

For maintaining a hairpiece made from natural hair-Brush it well to remove hairspray, dust etc. Then comb it out to the end. Pour cleaning liquid in a glass bowl and dip the piece in it for 5-6 times. Do not rub. Towel off the excess fluid. For a hairpiece made from synthetic materials take the following steps; never wash the hairpiece in warm water, use only cold water. Brush the piece well before washing. Use a special cleaning fluid. When washing, try not to knot the hair. Rinse under water it. Lay it flat and let dry.
