Hair bleaching is a very easy process and can be done at home also. Many people bleach their hair in dark and light shades. There are many colours available for bleaching of hair. Hydrogen peroxide or ammonium persulphate is an oxidizing agent used for hair bleaching. These oxidizing agents alter the composition of the melanin which is located at the center of the hair.

• Brush
• Gloves
• Ruler
• Timer
• Scissors

Types for hair bleaching

Two types of hair bleaching:

• Bleaching of hair with hydrogen peroxide
• Bleaching of hair with Platinum blonde

Procedure for bleaching of your hair

Simple method for bleaching of hair:

1. First you bring a bleach kit from the medical shop or beauty salon.
2. Choose a bleaching kit which is suitable for your natural hair colour.
3. Read the guidelines on the bleaching kit and make sure that one kit is sufficient for your hair length or not.
4. Take required material for bleaching like scissors, towel, hand gloves, brush, bowl, aluminium foil etc.
5. Wear old shirt and place paper on your floor because bleach drop down on floor.
6. Take a bleach and add liquid developer in it mix it well to prepare paste of it.
7. With the help of brush apply the paste from back to front of your hair.
8. After applying the bleach to your full head, drag your hair in upward direction and cover it with plastic cap or aluminium foil.
9. See the timing on the bleach kit and put the timer according to it.
10. Ensure about timing because excessive bleaching makes your hair too light.
11. After time is over remove the aluminium foil and wash your hair to remove the bleach.
12. Then wash your hair with mild shampoo and condition your hair for softness.
13. Be ready to see the results of bleaching.
