Basic Long Braids

Bun/Roll For Long Braids

  • It is simple hair style or you can say it is famous in Chinese and worn by Chinese women.
  • The Bun hairstyle is accomplished by looping the hair into a basic bun and then "stitching" the bun to the hair next to your head using an in and out stitching movement as you insert the hair sticks in a crossed design.
  • You might find your hair is further controllable by putting it in a small, impartial braid holder first and then twisting the hair until it begins to loop naturally.
  • Make sure you hide the ponytail holder under the coils.
  • Suggestion: Use proper hair sticks like glimmer sticks, duet sticks, long locks hair sticks and also use decorative hair jewelry.

Classic French Twist For Long Braids

  • The classic french twist hairstyle is honestly easy to make. While it might not work well if your hair is very long or extremely thick.
  • Fasten your hair in a braid holder and split it into three part. Grab your hair in a braid at the base of your neck and loop it toward the left a few times.
  • Gradually roll the braid up to your right, ongoing the rolling motion to make a roll up the back of your head.
  • Keep rolling your hair all the way to the ends and then fold up the remaining braid back down and tuck it below the roll.
  • Suggestion: Use numerous hair sticks under the rim of the roll to stitch the roll in place. This style looks evenly great with matching hair sticks, coordinating hair sticks or even contrasting hair sticks, as well as 2-prong hair combs.

Edwardian For Long Braids

  • Edwardian is a beautiful hairstyle or idealistic wedding hair style, but can be a little difficult to do yourself.
  • Pick up a part of hair at your shrine and roll it toward your head. Continue adding parts of hair as you move to the back of your head, rolling as you go.
  • Fasten the warped hair with a clip and repeat the same procedure on the other side. Once both sides are warped, safe all your hair in a hair safe braid holder.
  • Suggestion: Insert hair sticks or other hair jewelry to add glamour to the rolled parts. You might find your hair requires a few bobby pins to hold the rolls in place.

Topknot For Long Braids

  • To make the topknot hairstyle, fraction hair from side-to-side, just over your ears.
  • Comb all the hair above the part straight back and loop into a bun. You might find it easier to put your hair into a small neutral ponytail holder first and then twisting the hair until it begins to loop naturally
  • Make sure you cover the braid holder under the loops.
  • Suggestion: Safe by stitching the bun to the hair next to your head with one or two hair sticks, depending on the size of the finished bun. Differ this look by braiding the hair before looping it.

Flamenco For Long Braids

  • The Flamenco is very stylish, it is perfect for wedding hair styles. Divide your hair with your fingers into two still parts.
  • Don't part your hair by using a comb as you don't want to end up with a part down the back of your head.
  • Twist every part into a bun at your hairline in the back and fasten each with two hair sticks. You may find it easier to twist your hair until it begins to loop naturally. This is a great style if you have too much hair to fit into one bun.
  • Suggestion: Insert hair sticks or other hair jewelry to add glamour to the rolled parts. You might find your hair requires a few bobby pins to hold the rolls in place.

  • Divide the hair into a small part of hair where you want the braid to begin.
  • Comb each part smoothly.
  • Cross the right hand part above the middle part. The original right hand part is now the middle part.
  • Pull all the parts away from every other to tighten the braid.
  • Cross the left hand part above the middle part. The original left hand part is now the middle part.
  • Tighten the braid again.

  • Add the new part of hair to the existing part on the right and then cross it above the middle part tighten the plait.
  • Again using the handle of a rat tail comb, lift a small part of hair on the left by drawing a line against the scalp from the hairline to the middle of the braid even with the part you just lifted from the right, add this hair to the existing part on the left and then cross it above the middle section.
